CAMP REFUND POLICY
Registration Grace Period
If you submit a registration in error and need to cancel, please send an email to Hesham@creativesquashandrecruiting.com within 48 hours from the time of registration. A full refund will be granted as long as the written explanation has been received within the 48-hour time frame.
Camp Transfers
If space is available, campers may transfer to another Creative Squash and Recruiting camp during the same summer season without penalty. Please email all requests to Hesham@creativesquashandrecruiting.com. Campers will be given a refund if they transfer to a camp of lesser value, or they will be required to pay any balances obtained if they transfer to a camp of greater value. Please note, transfers for a specific camp or clinic will not be granted after the start date of that specific camp or clinic.
Camp Refund Requests
All requests for refunds must be completed 30 days prior to the start of camp. All monies paid with the exception of a $150.00 administrative fee per session enrolled will be refunded provided the notice of cancellation is received 30 days prior to the start of camp. No refunds will be provided less than 30 days prior to camp, for expulsion from camp, for voluntary withdrawal from camp, or for injuries sustained prior to or at camp.
